Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use BH Notes, a notes app made by Bulus Hamnu. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

Your content is yours

You own everything you write and upload. We only store and show it so the app can work for you and for the people you choose to share with. If you publish a page to the web, anyone with the link can read it until you unpublish it.

Fair use

• Don't upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Don't use BH Notes to spread malware, spam, or abuse.
• Don't try to break into other people's notes or overload the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and backups

We work hard to keep BH Notes running and your notes safe, but the app is provided "as is" and we can't promise it will never be unavailable or lose data. Please download a backup regularly from Settings → Data & backup.

Ending your use

You can stop using BH Notes at any time. To delete your account and data, email hamnubulus@gmail.com.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
