Privacy Policy

BH Notes is a personal notes app made by Bulus Hamnu. This page explains, in plain words, what information we keep and what we do with it. The short version: your notes are yours, we keep them so the app works, and we don't use them for anything else.

What we collect

• Account details — your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google.
• Your content — the pages, notes, tags, pictures and files you create or upload.
• Sharing details — the email addresses of people you invite to a note.
• Feedback — anything you send us from the feedback form, along with your email so we can reply.

How we use it

• To let you sign in and to store, show and sync your notes across your devices.
• To show a shared note to the people you invited, and to email them an invite.
• To show a page publicly, only when you turn on "Publish to web" for that page.
• To read and reply to feedback you send us.

What we never do

• We don't read your notes or use them for any purpose other than running the app for you.
• We don't use your notes to train AI. BH Notes has no AI features.
• We don't sell, rent or share your information with advertisers. There are no ads and no tracking for advertising.

Who can see your notes

Only you can see your notes, unless you share a note with someone or publish it to the web. Pictures and files you upload are kept private and shown only to people who can see the note.

Services we rely on

• Lovable — hosts the app and stores your account and notes.
• Google — only if you choose "Continue with Google" to sign in.
• Resend — sends invite and feedback emails.

Your choices

• Download everything at any time from Settings → Data & backup.
• Delete any page; pages in the trash can be deleted permanently.
• To delete your account and all its data, email us at hamnubulus@gmail.com.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
